Do you charge a fee for assistance in job searching?
No, there is never a fee to our employees.
Do you have a referral-based program?
Yes, by filling out our Referral Program form you may be eligible to earn up to $1,000 with our Referral Bonus Program. Referral compensation is available to you based on the position your referral is seeking, provided the employee works the minimum required hours.
When do I get paid?
All employees are paid on a weekly basis. Typically, Friday is payday for hours worked the previous week.
What are the requirements to become an employee?
Candidates must have a consistent work history in a medical related field, preferably at least 2 years of work experience, good professional references and the right to work in the United States.
How long is the process for you to find me a job?
We cannot guarantee a specific time period, the timing is different for everyone, but in general it is based upon the employee’s needs and qualifications, as well as those of our clients. We strive to assist everyone in finding suitable positions in a timely fashion.
What is expected of me as an employee?
HSS asks that you show up to work every day on time, that you are dressed appropriately for work, and that you fulfill the requirements of your job on a daily basis. In the event that you cannot meet those expectations, please contact your Recruiting Consultant for assistance.
If I should become ill and cannot show up to work, what is the protocol?
HSS asks that you call our office 2 hours prior to your shift at 1-407-478-0332 and directly speak with your Recruiting Manager. If your Recruiting Manager is unavailable; please speak with any available Recruiting Manager for next step instructions.
I don't have a timesheet, what should I do?
To complete your timesheet log into https://sl2-www.bte.bullhornstaffing.com/LogonVerify/RuId/login. Best practice is to complete your timesheet at the end of each Friday, however the deadline is 5pm EST on Monday. If you have any questions please reach out to your Recruiting Consultant immediately. Any timesheets submitted after the deadline will be paid the following week.
When is payroll processed?
Payroll is processed on a weekly basis. Each work week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday. All pay checks are direct deposited every Friday for the previous week’s pay period (except for week’s with bank holidays).
