Job Responsibilities
- Assemble, update, and store patient information
- Copy, fax, and electronically transfer data
- Adhere to HIPAA standards and practices
- Retrieve offsite medical records
- Review records requests
- Gather and distribute lab reports to physicians
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Proficiency with word processing software
