How do I request information on hiring options?
We place healthcare professionals in contract, right-to-hire and permanent placement positions across the nation. How do I approve hours for one of your employees?
To approve submitted timesheets log into https://sl2-www.bte.bullhornstaffing.com/LogonVerify/RuId/login or follow the link from the automated email you will receive when you have pending approvals. Best practice is to approve timesheets by close of business each Monday, however the deadline is 7pm EST each Tuesday. If you have any questions please reach out to your Account Manager or Client Relationship Coordinator immediately. Unfortunately, any timesheets approved after the deadline will be paid the following week.
How do I place a job request?

Healthcare is our niche. We recruit for all positions under the healthcare umbrella. The industries that we service on a national level include; managed care companies, health plans, third party administrators, PBM’s, hospitals, revenue cycle management organizations, durable medical equipment, and large physician affiliate groups.
What type of screening or testing does Healthcare Support offer?
We are contracted with Prove IT testing to offer a variety of tests, depending on what you are hiring for. We work for you! Please instruct us on your requirements and we will fulfill your request.
